I've decided to attempt to breed my cali next year. I'm a little stumped at what to breed her to though. She is a striped cali king. As far as I'm aware she isn't het for anything and the place I got her from no longer exists so I can't go back and ask. I was thinking along the lines of an albino striped cali king but have also considered a hybrid possibly (I know that's not to everyone's taste but I can't see a problem with it if the offspring are always sold as so).
Does anyone have any advice on this? Would it be better to ho for another striped as opposed to a banded?
I think your onto a winner there. I'll try and get an albino striped, then even if mine does turn out to be completely normal, at least I will be 100% sure of the offspring being hets lol
breeding for the first time.
