This is how big it was when I bought it. That red lid is from a coke bottle.

I wish I could get a recording of the sound it makes when it runs. It's so heavy you can easily hear its footfalls.

thump thump thumpity thump, it's like a baby heffalump heheh I love this spider and would love to hold it, but I am scared that it will flick hairs at me. Not overly bothered about bites, when you've had an inch of rat teeth dug in your hand and pulling to try and take your hand to it's den... you begin to become immune to bites. rofl

Spiders like this scare me, I would like to try holding a big spider though to try and get over my fear
